Strategic planning sets an organization free. We firmly believe this from observations of successful organizations over many years in this field. Strategic planning is the work that forms the foundation of a well-run organization, the work that ensures generative and creative thinking. And importantly, it is the process to make certain that resources are used wisely in pursuit of clearly defined goals.

Our strategic planning process brings all members of the organization into agreement about objectives, priorities and allocation of human and financial resources. Our work insists on measurement and accountability, especially in these austere financial times.
